Zoho or HubSpot — which should I pick?
Default: Zoho. ~10-15x cheaper than HubSpot for the same SMB feature set. We recommend HubSpot only if you need its specific marketing automation suite or already have a HubSpot ecosystem. Most SMBs are best served by Zoho.
What about Salesforce?
Salesforce is enterprise-grade. For 2-25 person teams it's overkill and overpriced. We can integrate with it if you have it; we don't recommend installing it fresh.
